"When I was painting in Bordeaux last fall, my daughter , her fiancée, Morgan ,

and I went to the river where they have a reflection pool. Every half hour,

when it would drain and steam come up, people would take off their shoes

and walk through the mist. These Indian woman were so beautiful in

their brightly colored saris, and cool reflections - they were meant to be

caught on canvas!"
