"Fresh Flowers"

I have this wonderful new model, and a front yard of new hydrangeas -
a perfect combination for this figurative piece. As with the other pieces of the Palette & Palate Show,
it was based on people working in the Low Country, plus the elements that make up the land here.
I paint a lot at Rosebank Farms, near Kiawah, and the gardens and workers are such an inspiration.
